What we offer

Pyramid Kings is here to help your org begin working with transmasc identities. As the growing need for support for transmen comes to light, more and more orgs are looking to understand how to structure their programs, perform outreach to transmasc identified people and also begin finding transmen with specific needs. Pyramid King can consult with your org, create and facilitate workshops, and help with one-on-one mentorship. Regardless of the gaps or questions, we’re here to help you review, improve, and make your program robust to truly help the transmasc communities you’re looking to support. Regardless of need, we can help tailor your services to the groups you’re looking to serve.

Outreach and Engagement

We’ve partnered with both Asian Health Services and East Bay Getting to Zero to expand their outreach strategies and process in order reach the trans youth demographic they’re interested in getting important AIDS/HIV prevention information and care to.

We collaborated with both organizations to create custom strategies that work with the organizations needs to both disseminate important information and show results with youth coming to help centers to receive these services.

  • Assess current outreach strategy

  • Provide new options based on current needs

  • Provide training on outreach process

Supplemental Mentorship

We support existing mentorship programs by filling in gaps where programs may not have the expertise, background, and cultural expertise to mentor black and POC transmasc youth.

We provide both one-on-one and group sessions to fill in any needs that transmasc youth may have:

  • Assistance navigating legal and physical transition

  • Navigating the complex experience of one’s changing relationships, specially family

  • Navigating and finding their own identity and masculinity

Transmasc youth identities have needs that are often unmet or not fully understood by the resources currently available. We’re here to fill that gap and provide personal mentorship to your transmasc mentees and ensure help your program serve transmasc youth.

Effective Leadership

Pyramid Kings has provided leadership training to Transcend's Leadership Retreat. Providing training and insight on leadership for Trans people who are often overlooked in the professional world. We help trans people understand their strengths and weaknesses and provide avenues for continuing to improve their leadership skills. Some features of our training include:

  • Emotional Intelligence (EQ) leadership test – to allow participants to understand their strengths and weaknesses.

  • Suggested avenues for improving and continuing to grow strengths and weaknesses

  • Discussion groups to help participants understand leadership personally
